Social Worker

cmr has partnered with a leading health service to engage an experienced Social Worker for the following 12 week locum contract based in the South West area.

Join a supportive and collaborative Social Work team delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of settings. The team provides comprehensive services including psychosocial assessments, complex care planning, grief and bereavement support, counselling, advocacy, mediation, consultation, and multidisciplinary liaison for patients, clients, residents, and their families/carers.

This role offers strong clinical variety across acute, outpatient paediatrics, and community palliative care, making it ideal for clinicians looking to broaden their experience.

The successful candide will possess:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Recognised qualification in Social Work.
• Eligibility for membership with the AASW.
• Victoria Working with Children Check or able to apply. Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
